01. Course Enrollment & Payments
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification. All course fees are payable in advance, and pricing may change without prior notice. Once enrolled, students gain access to the purchased course according to the applicable access period.
02. Course Access & Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, documents, templates, presentations, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of LearnX Academy. Students are granted a non-transferable, personal license to access the content. Copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any course material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
03. KYC Verification
Students enrolled in the Premium Programme must submit a valid National ID (NID) and their Facebook Profile Link for identity verification.
By submitting these documents, the student confirms that they are providing the information voluntarily, knowingly, and under their own responsibility as official proof of identity. The student has no objection to LearnX Academy collecting, verifying, processing, and securely storing this information for KYC, student verification, security, fraud prevention, and administrative purposes.
LearnX Academy confirms that the student's National ID (NID) and Facebook Profile information will be collected and used solely for identity verification, account security, and KYC purposes.
The student further confirms that all submitted information is true and accurate. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the student's account without refund. After successful KYC verification, the student shall be solely responsible for the identity and information submitted and may not deny or dispute their submission at a later date.
04. Account Usage Policy
Each student account is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, allowing unauthorized access, or using an account on behalf of another person is prohibited. LearnX Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in unauthorized or fraudulent activities without prior notice.

LearnX Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational policies.
